HISTORY of TAROT
Tarot card first known as trionfi and later as tarocchi, which commonly consists of 78 cards, used from the 14th century in various part of Europe. From the late 18th century until the present time the tarot has also found use by mystics and occultists in efforts at divination or as a map of mental and spiritual pathways.
A deck of Tarot card has 2 group :-
Minor Arcana has 4 suits which are swords, wands, cups and pentacles (coins). Each of these cards has a numbering from Ace to 10 and 4 face cards which make a total of 14 card. While Major Arcana has 21 trump suit. Since the late 18th century, Tarot cards has been primarily used for divination but there is no documented evidence of such origins or of the usage of tarot at the earlier time.
