The Philosophy
Scientifically and Spirituality
Both science and spirituality are the search for truth. One is the
search for the truths of the physical world; the other the search for the truth of the nature of consciousness. As such there is no
conflict between them. Both are the study of the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence.
Philosophy consists of seven(7) branches which are
-
Logic - study principles of valid inference and
correct reasoning
-
Psychology - study of the soul, the mind, and the relationship of life and
mind to the functions of the body
-
Ethics - that involves systematizing, defending, and
recommending concepts of right and wrong behavior
-
Aesthetics - study that deals with the nature and
expression of beauty, perception, and matters of taste and
sentiment
-
Epistemology - study the nature and scope of
knowledge, such as the relationships between truth, belief, and
theories of justification
-
Theology - study of the nature of God and religious
belief
-
Metaphysics - study that examines the nature of
reality, including the relationship between mind and matter,
substance and attribute, fact and value
